Service Delivery Statements (Budget Paper 5) are published annually and provide budgeted financial and non-financial information for our department for the budget year. Service Delivery Statements are a primary source of information for hearings of the parliamentary estimates committees.

An Impact Analysis Statement (IAS) is required for all regulatory proposals, with the level of analysis, degree of quantification of impacts and extent of consultation undertaken to vary depending on the regulatory proposal.

The Stakeholder Charter reflects the department’s commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for employees, clients, visitors and others within its facilities. We aspire to build constructive, respectful and productive relationships with our stakeholders as this helps us to build capacity and achieve the best outcomes for Queenslanders. This charter outlines what stakeholders can expect from us when we engage with them and establishes our expectations of stakeholders who engage with the department.

In accordance with the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011, each Queensland Government department is required to have a strategic plan in place for dealing with the waste it generates by carrying out its activities. The plan outlines activities that will either reduce the amount and impact of departmental waste generated, or improve the way in which the department manages unavoidable waste.
