The Minister for the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation intends to appoint Jabalbina Yalanji Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (ICN 7002) as grantee of lots 3 on RP738519, 330 on RP738177, 305 on RP739001,390 on RP739004, 124 on RP738161, 85 on RP738676, 110 on RP738992, 257 on RP738997, 373 on RP739002 and 398 on RP739004 to hold the land pursuant to section 40 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991.

The Minister for the Environment and Tourism and Minister for Science and Innovation intends to appoint:

The proposed Grantee will hold the land in trust for the benefit of Aboriginal people particularly concerned with the land, their ancestors and descendants, pursuant to section 40 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991.
