The Minister for the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation intends to appoint Wuthathi Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (ICN 7157) as grantee of lots 19, 24, 25, 28, 35 SP269684 and lots 20, 21, 23, 350 SP349311 to hold the land pursuant to section 40 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991.

The proposed Grantee will hold the land in trust for the benefit of Aboriginal people particularly concerned with the land, their ancestors and descendants, pursuant to section 40 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991.
