St Mary’s Anglican Church — Queensland Heritage Register application

Under the provisions of s.39 of the Queensland Heritage Act 1992, the Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation (the department) gives public notice that an application has been received for the removal of part of the following State Heritage Place from the Queensland Heritage Register:

St Mary’s Anglican Church
433, 447, 449 Main Street, Kangaroo Point

Any person or entity may write a submission to the chief executive about this application. Under s.42 of the Act, a heritage submission must be made on the basis that part of the place which is the subject of the application does or does not satisfy the cultural heritage criteria.

A copy of the application can be viewed on www.qld.gov.au/environment/land/heritage/register/applications or by contacting the department’s Heritage Branch on 13 QGOV (13 74 68).
